Piada in Columbus

Food was ok. I was surprised there was not more options available for pasta with it being a fast casual pasta place.

Only went here because my daughter made me.. it was decent...its like a chipotle for pasta

We love this Piada! Food is always great, staff is above and beyond courteous and helpful. We were a little bummed to see the Italian sodas & desserts removed from the menu. We were thrilled in every other way, however.

Bad service today. They botched my order. "Chef Eric" ignored me when I came in to get the order corrected, after telling me to talk to him personally. Just sat around chatting with his buddies. His employees resentfully did his job for him (after 10 minutes) and did their best to barely fulfill the order.

Food was pretty good. Service was ok. Out of a lot of things. Bathroom was gross and no tp.

Food is always fresh at this location. Employees are friendly. Atmosphere is a little loud. Otherwise enjoyable.

Delicious. It's like a burrito with spaghetti inside. Perfection.

Made an online pickup order and waited four the food in store for over 35 mins after the estimated time. The workers weren't friendly and only gave excuses. The manager seemed frantic which seemed to trickle down.

June 2020 (2 stars) - Our family orders from this location at least a few times each month, picking up from the drive thru for convenience. The ingredients are consistently fresh and very tasty. The problem is that we also consistently have mistakes to our order, as in items ordered not included in the final product. Crazy that even with a receipt that should serve as a checklist, the staff is regularly thrown off - this is impossible to check in the drive thru and a real let down when the reveal at the kitchen table is a Huge fail.... like no meat in a pasta dish.7:30pm 10 July 2020 - Had a great meal! Ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. (Checked the order in the drive thru) Everything was Fresh and Delicious and Appreciated after a long day. We continue to come back to Piada bc the ingredients are unique and very good. Only suggestion is to thoroughly check your order if picking up at the drive thru - it’s worth the hassle. (Upgraded to 4 stars)

Often crowded at lunchtime so there can be long lines, but pretty consistent quality and generous portions. Slightly overpriced. $1.75 to add a little avocado?? It's in season. I could buy 3 at the store for that. But somebody else just made my lunch for me so I'll pony up the money.

This is my go to place for lunch whenever I head toward Columbus, Oh. There food is amazing!

Not bad. Food was fast, but meh on taste and a bit high on cost.

Decent food and friendly customer service. Like the diavolo pasta sauce but the lobster bisque was almost too rich.

Went to the Sunday. No hand sanitizer and service was terrible. Not all piata are bad Hilliad one is way better. Hilliard one is clean and people will help you order if its your first time. I will never return to this one

It's been a long time since I've been to one of these restaurants, but they sure are add good as I remember. It's a nice change of pace. The one I'm reviewing was very clean and well staffed. They were all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is more driven to millennials I feel. This would be a great place to take your date.

This is not about the store, this is about Piada's online ordering for small groups. I am unable to place an order online for tomorrow because it requires the address to be submitted first, however when I do this it wipes out the delivery time I put in. So I went back and forth 4 times before giving up because no matter what THE ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED USING YOUR ORDERING SYSTEM. So now I am waiting for a catering representative to call me back. Your food = good, your website = Chernobyl circa 1986Piada, please give us feedback options that don't require selecting a location because now that poor store is going to get a negative rating due to the website designer's incompetence.

Great food and very reasonable cost

Food was thrown in the bag and tossed at me after being made incorrectly with chicken when it was supposed to be a veggie. I said it was fine anyways in an attempt to not be a hassle. They were clearly busy and rude so I didn’t want to add to it. Come home to find out it’s not just chicken but spicy chicken which I hate so now I can’t eat it. Also conveniently not given a receipt so I can’t just ask for a refund.Apparently I caught them at the wrong time... Learned my lesson I though, I won’t be back to interrupt them again.

I'd go to a different piada

I used to love Piada. But like all chains once they get to this size, the quality of the food and the experience declines. I ordered from this location for the first time and did "drive thru pickup." I took it to a park to eat when I discovered they didn't get me any forks or utensils! How are you supposed to eat a pasta bowl without a friggin' fork?! So, sadly - this experience and the low-quality foods results in a 1 star rating. Get it together, Piada.

I love Piada but this location has really deteriorated. They prioritize online orders, which is ok, but when there's a line to the door and no one inside is being helped it's an issue. They also have become very sparse with toppings. Today I got a small pasta bowl with spinach on top and the girl only put 2 singular leaves of spinach on it. I told her it's my only topping and i'd like a bit more so she counted out another 2 leaves. My husband couldn't stop laughing my bowl looked so ridiculous. My growling stomach didn't find it as comical.

Food here is great as is expected from a piada restaurant, but the staff seemed judgemental of me and my date. I had the sausage and the diavolo sauce which was excellent! In another experience with this restaurant I ordered it on door dash and received the wrong order. My complaint was never resolved or even responded too, but I blame this more on door dash then I do Piada.

Great food service is a little slow

I was hesitant to give 5 stars just because of the prices but I know that I can be somewhat cheap at times. With that said, the 3 times we have gone to this location the food has been very delicious and very fresh. It has also been surprisingly filling (at least for me). It doesn't look like very big portions but I have always left feeling very full. The Piada sticks are delicious, but have found the amount of cheese in them vary. Sometimes there is a lot and other times not as much... but still delicious.

I usually never have a problem with piada. Last night I visited your west lane location for the Bogo special. I had no issues with the wait time or the long line. So once I got home and ate everything seemed fine but now all this morning I can't stop throwing up, o have cold chills and I'm weak and can hardly move. I definitely have food poisoning and now am completely turned off and will not be eating here anymore. I loved piada and its unfortunate I just hope no one else is going through this.

This is a place where you fill out your order by constructing it on a dry-erase menu. Pick a meatball, then your base, then sides or additions. They do table service, but th food is pretty good. It's fast paced but you can also relax and have a good evening. Pretty standard veer and wine selection typical of Columbus, but pretty descent food and affordable .

Good fresh food, but seems to put on airs about its class. The decor is nice and chic with dark browns and matte black contrasting white walls, but it's function lacks. The chairs are uncomfortable and the tables are rather high. The food is good as I said, and fresh too. Prices are about what you'd pay at a market competitor like Chipotle, Panera, or Noodles.

Very fresh and good food. It was my first time eating there and I really liked it.

The manager Steven is awesome, he’s always friendly and attentive, makes sure the order is made right and keeps it quick. Service from him is always great when I go in with my girlfriend. Great guy!

The Mediterranean bowl is really good. Fresh ingredients and you can add more veggies to the bowl. Its quinoa based, with chickpeas, and more. Go ahead and get it!!

Love this place! Service is friendly and efficient. The food is amazing and tasty. The biggest draw back...... we don’t have a Piada where we live!!

I was not familiar with this chain as we don't have them where I'm from no one was super helpful guiding me through the concept but since it's Chipotle-esque I guess they figured that was help enough. The piada was good. The only thing I didn't understand is why the cashier handling the payments was the one who rolled the sandwich into it's shape w/o changing gloves.

Hadn’t been to Piada in a while and it’s clear growth and expansion has taken a huge toll on quality and service. Ordered a Salmon Balsamic Salad and a make your own salad to go. Order process was disjointed and not friendly with much confusion despite being the only customer in line. Paid and drove home only to find they failed to put the salmon on the balsamic and the sausage on the make your own was cold and extremely dry. Called to get a credit and no answer! The phone prompt clearly discouraged call to the store. This is an unacceptable experience and level of service. The quality, service and experience that Piada once offered is clearly gone. Disappointed.

I created my own without chicken, meatballs and steak but with bacon and agua cream soda.

OK, so my first time here. Absolutely blown away. Got a Piada, the Chef Special one, with Italian sausage on it. It was 1, huge, 2, super fast, 3 freaking delicious. Would absolutely recommend this place. Kudos to you guys for a job well done. Thanks for a great meal.

The food here is delicious made fresh and they will make it however you want. Great customer service and location easy to get to

I visited the store on 1/26/2020 at 8:30 pm and had a horrible experience. My boyfriend ordered pepperoni piada stick with his meal and the girl Abby at the register did not bag the item when it was next to the register and did not charge us for it. After I check my bag, I noticed the pepperoni piada stick was missing so I told her that she forgot to bag the stick and did not charge us for it. instead of doing the right thing by just charge me the food and give it to me. Miss Abby did not say a thing and she clock out left the register and took off her apron. I don't expect luxury service for a $30 meal, but please make that your worker are trained to do what they are paid for.

Always the real thing!

The best calamari in town. I'm not kidding. They do it right every time. Most places over cook their calamari. Not Piada. Perfect every time.

Food is fantastic. Never disappoints. An absolute required visit every time my daughter in Chicago comes home.

They have a Wednesday $7 meal deal (Any Entree + Large Drink) for OSU students is AMAZING. Their small is a great portion and the large is ~2.5 portions.

Piada officially lost my business today. I placed an online order with 30 minutes between ordering and pickup. When I arrived, my food was not ready and the cashier was rude to me when I had to ask twice if they even had the order. On top of that, the salad portions are now laughably small for the cost AND they completely forgot to put the protein I paid for on the salad. My office is nearby so I am a frequent customer. This is not the first time my order was late. Nor was it the first time the cashier was rude to me. Shrinking portions with increasing prices and receiving an incomplete order clinched it. I will not be returning. Can't wait for Brassica to open down the street.

I would have given a higher review. The food was flavorful and came as expected. I found a piece of lunch meat plastic paper wrapped in my piada pepperoni stick. What else was left in the food?!? Trash.

Food is always good, but the girls that work at this location are rude and some stank faces. Won’t be going back to this location. Get better people to work the front.
